Unopened bags and toys return within 14 days; opened food cannot be returned, but a bag your pet refuses is swapped once.
Do you deliver outside Bahrain?
Yes, to the GCC. Delivery times and any duties are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Where cash on delivery is available in Bahrain, you will see it as a payment option at checkout. Prices are in BHD.
Is every bag in stock?
What you see is in stock. Sold-out items show a notify-me button.
